Operation Principle of split pressurized system

The so-called"Split"means that the collector,water storage tank,and the working station are splited and can be installed at different spots according to need so as to achieve a perfect integration of the device and the buildings.The so-called pressurized mainly means that water pressure inside the water storage tank and water usage pipeline is constant and that the sealed circulating system may withstand a certain pressure.

Due to the divided design of its structure,it is required to utilize the circulating system to transmit the heat absorbed by collector into the water storage tank so as to heat the water.The collector utilizes vacuum tubes to absorb the solar energy,and transmits the heat into the heat pipe copper tube,which through the heat conducting fins fitted between the vacuum tubes and heat pipe copper tube.Then it heats the heat carrying agent inside the heat pipe copper tube.Once the difference in temperature between the water storage tank and collector reaches a certain value,the working station activates the circulating pump to run,the circulating pump may transmit the energy stored inside the collector into the heat-exchange copper coil pipe inside the water storage tank by means of circulation,which transmits the heat carried by the heat carrying agent into water so as to realize the transmission of energy.By means of repeated circulations,the system heats up the water inside the water storage tank gradually!
